We have a number of U.K. Apprenticeships Programmes across Finance, Customer Service (internal), Loss Prevention (internal), and Retail. We also have an Azubi Programme within our German retail base. Our Apprenticeship Programmes offer a lot more than you might expect. For a start, you’ll get lots of training and experience in the core operational areas that you are placed in. We are always on the lookout for the future leaders of our business. That’s why, when you join us, we aim to provide you with the resources for personal discovery and development. Our training is exceptional and ongoing. It all starts with an in-depth induction. You’ll meet our team, our different business areas, and the other Graduates and Placement students. This means you’ll get to network with people while we get to know you. You’ll also be paired with a “buddy,” who’s there to guide you along your journey. They were in your shoes previously, so they really know how to help you settle in.
